· Good walking shoes that can get wet
· Modestly styled full swim suit
· Good sun block and insect repellent cream
· Camera (and binoculars if possible)
· Torch

· Small first aid kit
· And a sense of adventure

Itinery
Day 1. Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu. Informal evening get together to meet fellow travellers.
Day 2-4 At leisure in kathmandu
Day 5. Transfer to Airport for internal flight to Nepalgange. Private 2 hour transfer to our lodge in Bardia
Day 6-10 At leisure in Bardia with full programme of optional activities.Three meals per day provided duing your stay.
Day 11. Transfer to Nepalgange for return flight to Kathmandu and trasfer to city hotel
Day 12. Transfer to Kathmandu International for flight home

Visas:Most foreign nationals can get a 60-day visa for $US30 upon arrival at Kathmandu airport or any of the land borders with India. You can also obtain a double entry visa for $US55, or a multi-entry visa for $US90. Other visas, including work visas are obtainable for a fee. There is a 1,100 Rs ($US15) departure tax when leaving by air
Insurance: You must ensure that your insurance provides equivalent cover appropriate for the activities included in the tour. You must provide us with the details of your insurer and your policy number before departure (if you do not provide us with these details, then you will not be allowed to join the tour, and no refund will be due for services not provided).
Four night Pokhara extention
We offer an optional four night extention to add on to the end of your trip to Nepal. You travel by tourist coach on an eight our trip to the trekking capital of Nepal.The cost of this extention to your holiday is £150 per person, to include transport and accomadation on room only basis, for four nights
