MAKING A PAYMENT. We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal( please note, a paypal account is not required to pay by this option, click button to state you do not hold a paypal account and it will skip the loggin section). We charge for all the goods in UK sterling If you wish to pay in any other currency our debit/credit card company will convert the amount exactly into the exact amount. If you are in the UK you can also pay by sterling cheque.The cheque should be made payable to Gourangaoo. We will also need full details of the product required (colour and code number and postage cost) and name and address of recipient. SHIPPING AND HANDLING.For goods being delivered to the UK we offer minimal postage and packaging. For goods shipped to Europe and the U.S.A please email us and we will give you the details required. Delivery should be within 7 working days, however it could take up to 28 days dependent on stock levels at that particular time. We will email you and advise you of an expected date of arrival with the option to cancel the order if the waiting period is unacceptable.We would advise that you choose to pay for optional postal insurance at £1.00 per order, as we cannot accept any responsiblity for goods lost in the post.
TAX CHARGES.All prices are inclusive of all taxes payable in the UK and European Union countries. For orders outside the EU your own country may impose import duties which would be payable to your government when you receive your goods.
GUARANTEE.We hope that you are very happy with your
purchase but please be aware that our goods are hand made and to that effect
are individual, unique items. It is this quality that makes our products
so special. We therefore cannot guarantee that each item will be an exact
replica of the last and hope you love the garments for this element. However,
if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of
delivery in its original packaging together with the paperwork that you
received with the order. Please obtain a proof of delivery from the Post
Office for the returned goods, as we cannot be held liable for anything
that fails to reach us. In order to keep our costs as low as possible we
do not operate a free returns service and we are unable to refund the postage
and packaging costs. Our liability is restricted to the cost of the purchase.Gourangaoo
always maintain proof of postage records for items dispatched. We recommend
recorded delivery and/or postal insurance. If you decide not to use this
option and the item is lost, we will forward our proof of posting certificate
to you so that you can make a claim for a refund from the post office. If
your item is damaged in the post and insurance has not been taken out, please
take up your complaints with the post office.
